On the 19th, 20th, and 21st of February of 2016, Columbia and Montour Counties will again heat up with the Destination Blues Music Festival, “your winter blues heaven on Route 11.” Brought to you by the Exchange, and produced by Richard Briggs of the Briggs Farm Blues Festival, "Destination Blues” will feature international, national, and regional blues performers at multiple venues, as well as bus transportation among the venues and participating hotels.
